It helped a great deal, knowing that I was able to communicate with a lovely lady, Maddy Hayes, throughout each of my telephone and face to face appointments. During this time, any advice etc. was always explained fully, without me feeling I was being rushed at any stage of the proceedings.
The splints I received for each hand, plus the night splint for my right hand/wrist, and the exercises are a Godsend, as I continue to cope with ongoing pain(in not just my hands) but also in my feet, making walking any distance very difficult!!
The care I have received over the past several months has been excellent and very much appreciated, especially as the Covid pandemic put so much pressure on NHS staff.
Not kept waiting. People were very friendly and very good at their job. Treatment was excellent from Debbie, Jane and Adam.

Great service and very polite staff
The staff was really friendly and warm towards me. She was really nice during my first assessment for ADHD and Autism and gave me great pointers. She has explained everything wonderfully and I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry you would have liked to have experienced a faster service from us. I am unsure from the comment which service you accessed from NISHH, however, many of our patients are now being allocated self-test kits rather than attending clinic for tests. We are now able to offer a collect from locker box option for test kits which will reduce the postal time when we send kits out. Our turnaround time is usually 10 days once we receive the completed tests but can be shorter. Thank you for your comment.
